June Work

With the copywriting and fiction writing and work, I've been pretty busy. Book two is coming along nicely, and I've started up another project - I think it's going to come along in a quick pace too.

Been doing a lot of non-fiction and fiction research - of course, that always takes a chunk of time. And I've been jotting down a few agents' names that stand out for me to get ready for querying.

Even though it's moving forward, I don't think things will move as quick as I wanted them to. Or maybe I'm wrong there - I'm already getting into the self marketing mode and that may be the jumpstart for it.

Today was mostly research. I have a writing job I want to work on and know where to go with it now. But it means writing when no one else is around. I thought I had at least half an hour to work on it today when my son left with a friend, but five minutes into writing my daughter came home earlier than expected. Went to more research work instead… even though my mind didn't want to.

Hopefully, I can get a few moments to work on it now before I have to go to sleep and I should have about an hour from when hubby leaves in the morning to when kids get up and I can't write on it anymore.
