Almost, but not quite

Well, I thought I had the perfect opportunity to do a writing marathon this weekend and didn't quite make it. I should have rearranged my schedule and I would have. I still had Saturday, the first day for it - but as I went to work on it, I realized there was some editor work that I just had to get done, so spent most of my alone time on that. I had committed to 5k for the 48 hours.

I was too lax because I thought I had more time free. Then the weather smacked us with this heavy snowfall and I lost time due to the family having cabin fever and house too small to get away from it. Also a friend (daughter's) was in a bad accident.

Still I have the next novel outlined now and I did get just a little over 3k written. So it wasn't a total loss.

Now I'm preparing for March Madness, which starts this coming Saturday.

My planned interuptions are church and daughter's birthday lunch on Sunday and working two days in the office during the week. The rest of the time is mine, all mine!

Or I'm really hoping so....
